Gabriel JnoBaptiste - My work is representational and seeks to depict accurately through the figure and portraiture a precise rendering of my subjects. I strive for realism in my work paying close attention to form, lighting, color and anatomy.The origins of my work are many; however I admire most the old masters given their exceptional accomplishments with very limited technological means.In my work I hope to explore the many human experiences and conditions such as love, pain, happiness, freedom, poverty etc and express these through my art.
